Rest assured that your Tote&Carry product is protected against manufacturing defects for a full year from the original date of delivery.

Coverage:

  • Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
  • It does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, overfilling, neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear, or transport damage (e.g., by airlines).
  • Warranty Coverage:

    • Our 1-year limited warranty provides coverage for manufacturing defects, reflecting our commitment to product quality and integrity.
    • This warranty safeguards your purchase against defects arising from the manufacturing process, ensuring your continued satisfaction.
    • Warranty Periods:
      • Recent Purchase (0-1 Month):

        If you report a manufacturing defect within the first month of receiving your order, you are eligible for a free replacement or a store credit that is equivalent to the purchase price. This credit can be used towards any future purchase on our website, providing you with immediate value and flexibility.

      • Early Warranty Claim (2-4 Months):

        For warranty claims initiated within 2-4 months of the original delivery date, we offer a store credit covering 75% of the purchase price. This credit allows you to explore our range of products and select a replacement item or choose something new that better suits your needs.
      • Late Warranty Claim (5-8 Months):

        Customers who encounter defects in their purchase between 5 and 8 months from the delivery date are entitled to a store credit equivalent to 50% of the purchase price.
      • Extended Warranty Claim (9-12 Months):

        Warranty claims initiated between 9 and 12 months from the original delivery date qualify for a store credit covering 25% of the purchase price.

Customer Responsibilities:

  • Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping for the replacement item if the order is beyond 15 days from the original date of delivery.
