What is Carry Club?
Carry Club is our paid membership. For $59.99 a year you get member prices on every eligible bag and first access to every drop.
The discount is applied automatically in your cart — there is no code to enter.
How do I get my member price?
Once your membership is active it applies by itself. Add any bag to your cart and the member price shows before checkout.
Does it stack with sale prices?
No. When a bag is on sale you pay the lower of the sale price and the member price, never both.
What does it not apply to?
Bags and backpacks only. Name tags, free returns, gift cards and the membership itself are excluded.
When am I charged?
On the day you join, then once a year on the same date. You will see it on your card as Tote&Carry.
How do I cancel?
From your account, any time. Your benefits stay live until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What's the cancellation policy for annual membership?
Cancel whenever you like, from your account. There is no notice period and no cancellation fee.
The annual fee covers a full year, so cancelling stops the next renewal rather than ending the year you are in. Your member prices and early access keep working right through to your renewal date, and you are simply not charged again after it.
You can rejoin at any point; a new year starts from the day you do.
