Standard Shipping, If you opt for Standard Shipping and the package becomes stolen or lost. Tote&Carry will not be responsible if the carrier shows "DELIVERED". Please purchase the route protection shipping insurance for your order".

Sometimes UPS scan can occur early and your package will arrive days later.
If your package is marked as delivered, it is not received, and you purchased Route package protection, you will need to wait 5 days and must be within 15 days from the date of delivery to start a claim. Do so by visiting: claims.route.com Route will reach out with further instructions.
