Standard Shipping, If you opt for Standard Shipping and the package becomes stolen or lost. Tote&Carry will not be responsible if the carrier shows "DELIVERED". Please purchase the shipping insurance for your order".

Tote&carry will not be offering to reship, refund, or reprocess any orders that were shipped to the customer’s provided shipping address. Delivered but not received:
Sometimes UPS scan can occur early and your package will arrive days later.
If your package is marked as delivered, it is not received, and you purchased Shipping Insurance, you will need to wait 5 days and must be within 15 days from the date of delivery to start a claim. Contact us at support@totencarry.com to file a claim.
