  3. Pricing Guidelines: We encourage our resellers to maintain consistent pricing for our products across all channels of distribution. If you wish to offer discounts or promotions on our products, please check with us first to ensure that they comply with our pricing guidelines.

  4. Sales Channels: Our resellers may sell our products through their own website or physical storefront, but we ask that you check with us first to ensure that our products are being sold in accordance with our policies.

  5. Customer Service: Our resellers are required to provide excellent customer service to their customers. We ask that you respond promptly to customer inquiries and that you handle any returns or exchanges in a timely and professional manner.

  6. Social Media Guidelines: Our resellers may use social media to promote our products, but we recommend that you tag @totencarry and include the hashtag #totencarry

  7. Product Information: Our resellers are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products to their customers. Please check our product listings or contact us directly for any information or updates on our products.

  8. Intellectual Property: Our resellers may not use any copyrighted or trademarked material in their marketing materials or on their website or social media pages. Please check with us if you have any questions regarding the use of our intellectual property.

  9. Return and Refund Policy: Our resellers are required to have a clear and transparent return and refund policy in place for their customers. Please review our return and refund policy before implementing your own policy.

  10. Warranty Guidelines: Our resellers are allowed to offer a 1-Year Warranty on our bags, any other long term warranties have to go through our website to be covered.
