Refund Policy

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we'll inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we'll initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).


General Guidelines:

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

 

Specific Return Conditions:

  • Bag Condition: All bags must be in new condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a return.
  • Tracking: If you opt to choose your own carrier for the return shipment, you are required to provide us with a tracking number.
  • Time Window: You have a 5-business day window to ship your return back to us once you've received our return authorization.

Note: We do not accept returns for custom tags.

Sale Items:

Items purchased on final sale (i.e. items to which you have applied a discount code) cannot be refunded.
