You have 30 Days to submit for a full refund if your order is in the original packaging. Click here to submit your request. Please note there will be a small restocking fee of $20 for return label fee. Your returned item must arrive at our facility before receiving the refund to your original bank account or payment method.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. If you have applied a discount code to your purchase. The Custom Tags are non-refundable, as they are personalised with your Name or Logo.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item please Click here to submit your request. Please note there will be a small restocking fee of $20 for return label fee. If there has been a mistake with your order, you've received the wrong item, there will be no additional fees charged.
