I absolutely LOVE my luggage set. My husband adores it as I bought it for him for Christmas. One recommendation I do have for your company is packaging. I paid over $200 for my set and it came in non protected plastic...NO BOX! I think it adds quality to the product if it is delivered in a signature box or protective wrapping. I am thankful my items were not damaged but due to how it was packaged my ups drove just tossed it on the porch like it was nothing. For the price of your products, please do better to protect them during shipping.

Pro - Arrived within a few days . Amazing . Sturdy . Sexy . Practical . I got the xl duffle bag set and it exceeded expectations .
Con - no fault of the company but I mistakenly ordered the 2 piece set, when I meant to order the 3 piece. I’ve had issues getting a response to fix the issue . Which may just be a result of all the COVID 19 madness .
