I order my bags on a Wednesday night, and they were delivered by midday Saturday. The velour feels great, and the vegan leather also feels nice and luxe. My only small complaints are the smell on the inside of the bag (needs to be aired out for a day and it dissipates) and the interior lining doesn’t feel as luxe as the rest of the bag. I am still obsessed with the bag and love it, and those minor complaints have not changed how I feel about the bags. I’ve already gotten multiple compliments on them during a work trip.

Absolutely love it!! I love the blue velour. I've never seen anything like it, which is why I purchased it. The backpack has plenty of room. It has nice wide straps and distributed weight evenly so nothing digs into your shoulders with the weight. I have the XL duffle which is plenty large to pack clothes for days! It looks and feels luxurious.
