This set is beautiful and feels very sturdy. If I didn’t have an issue with my other orders I’d gladly purchase more sets. Not only did I not receive an entire order, with no resolution from customer service (they pretty much told me “too bad”); but I also never received the custom name tags for this order. I asked for too much to be written on the tags, so they contacted me and told me it had to be adjust. Then I received an email saying the shipping would be delayed for 2 weeks, because of the revision, fine... It’s been almost FOUR MONTHS and I still haven’t received them.The tags for missing bag set arrived and they definitely don’t look like they take four months to produce. Even things I’ve ordered from China got here faster. This company has a great product, but the customer service and delivery process is horrible. Never again.
